Refund Policy

Service Commitment:

— Pushpa has a flexible cancellation policy, so they will do their best to help customers.

Cancellation Policy:

Previous Day Cancellation:
Before day Cancel( 4 hours/ or before it place the order ) prior to midnight ( end of Date you board)

— Orders which have been already communicated to production & shipping process is in motion, does not allow us make cancellations.
— Perishable Items:Returns accepted on all items, including perishables like flowers, once per month.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

Quality Issues: If a customer has uncontrollable quality problems with our searches or it is clear that our service representative was not up to standard, refunds can be granted jointly by Pushpa and the customer service representative involved. The sum of this compensation will always be evaluated in accordance with an open door in house policy at Pushpa.
Doesn’t quite meet your expectations: If the product received doesn’t match what is shown on the site or meet your expectations, report to Customer Service within the day of receipt for review and action.
Arrived broken or not working as expected : Any damaged or defective items must be reported to Customer Service within 4 hours after receiving. The Pushpa service team will verify the issue before processing any requests.

Refund Processing:

When refunds are approved, they will be processed and deposited into our Pushpa Account within 5-7 days. For post paid subscription the amount is adjusted in your final bill.

Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Pushpa’s delivery partners.

Shipping Timeframe:

— One time Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
— Subscription orders are shipped within selected time slot as per the agreed delivery date period at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Delays: 

Pushpa is responsible for delays by courier companies or postal authorities but guarantees to dispatch orders within the specified timeframe. Act of God, accidental delay are also not covered by Pushpa.app
