How to Request Account Deletion
We Pushpa (www.pushpa.app), we prioritize your privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account and personal data. Follow these steps to request account deletion:

Log in to Your Account:
- Open the Pushpa App or visit our website at www.pushpa.app.
- Navigate to the Settings menu from your profile dashboard.

Request Account Deletion:
- Tap on Account Management.
- Select the option Delete My Account.
- Confirm your request by entering your registered email ID and password.

Submit the Deletion Request:
- Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted.
What Happens to Your Data After Deletion?
When you delete your account, the following actions will take place:

Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact number.
- Delivery Preferences: Saved addresses, subscription plans, and order history.
- Payment Information: Saved payment methods and transaction history.
- App Usage Data: Session logs and location data.

Data Retained Temporarily:
- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for 90 days to comply with legal and financial regulations.
- Customer Support Records: Any ongoing support tickets will remain until resolved.

Permanently Retained Data:
- Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked back to your identity.
Additional Information
- Retention Period: In accordance with applicable laws, some of your data (e.g., tax invoices, legal compliance records) may be retained securely for a specific period.
